Rent Meeting and Conference Facilities

 

Our meeting rooms are an excellent solution for an individual or a company that needs to hold meetings with clients, suppliers, or potential employees in a professional setting. The conference rooms are also perfect for holding workshops and seminars to train your employees or to market to your potential clients. Some of our customers use the space to teach classes and court reporters love to use our meeting rooms for depositions because of our perfect Mid-Pinellas County location and abundant “free” parking. Flexible options allow you to rent the conference and meeting rooms for as little as an hour or as long as a day or more and special rates are available for long term and/or frequent utilization.

Throughout the lobby of The Summit Executive Center Building there is always an exhibition of local Photographers that compete for ribbons based on the current them, composure and photographic skill. Also on display are various items of woodworking, ceramic and glass, created by local artists.

Our prices start at just $25 per hour! The smallest room seats 4 around a beautiful glass table and the largest one seats as many as 18, around a beautiful oval table in a room with a magnificent fireplace. There are 5 rooms, that seat between 4 & 20 total with an excellent Mid-Pinellas County location. East of US19 & West of 49th Street. North of Ulmerton Road on 58th Street, first building on the right, in the ICOT Center.

The meeting room reservations are easy through our online system (for existing customers) or by sending an email (for new customers).

 

One of Tampa Bay’s “Best Restaurants” Mythos Greek Taverna is located in the building and not only do they have great, authentic Greek cuisine, they have fantastic views and service and, they will cater into our conference and meeting room. If you need a larger room, they have a private meeting from for 40-50 people and are available mornings, afternoons and evening for your private fine dining pleasure.
